Thames Valley Police is appealing for information after a man in his 60s attacked a group of five people in Milton Keynes.
At around 9.40pm on Friday, October 21 the five victims were at a car cruise event at Network Rail Headquarters car park in Central Milton Keynes.
The offender approached the group, punched one of the vehicles, and then tried to grab the keys out of the ignition before punching the first victim, a man who has not yet been identified, in the face.
The offender then turned and grabbed a second victim, a 36-year-old woman, by her neck causing bruising to her chest and pulled her hair.
He continued to throw punches at her until he was pulled away by other members of the group.
The offender then grabbed a third victim, another woman, 46, by the hood of her jacket, causing it to rip.
He punched her on the cheek and pulled her to the floor.
The offender punched this woman again, causing a scratch and bruising to the lower part of her back.
The offender then attempted to punch this woman again, but missed and instead made contact with a fourth victim, a 24-year-old man.
Finally, the offender was eventually restrained by some members of the group including a fifth victim, a 25-year-old man, at whom the offender had thrown punches throughout the whole incident.
The offender is white, in his 60s, at least 6ft, of large build, with grey hair, and was wearing a cardigan and trousers.
Investigating officer PC Becci Wade, said: “This attack relates to a car cruise event, specifically involving the group ‘Cruise Evolution’.
“Anyone who is part of this group, or a similar cruise group, who were present at the time of the incident is asked to contact police, as well as any passers-by who were not part of the event but happened to witness the assault.
“I am also looking to identify the first victim to be attacked during the incident.
“I would appeal to anyone with any information to contact police on the non-emergency number 101.”
