Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service (BFRS) sent two fire engines and two crews to the incident in Childs Way, Central Milton Keynes, earlier this morning (Tuesday, November 17) at around 1.15am.
Firefighters said they used rescue equipment to release the injured man.
BFRS said the man was left in the care of South Central Ambulance Service (SCAS).
SCAS has been contacted for comment.
