Man punched to the floor during robbery in Bletchley

At around 7.20am a man was leaving his home in Warwick Road, Bletchley.

The man in his sixties, had just locked his garage when he was assaulted by a man. He was punched causing him to fall to the floor.

The suspect then demanded money from the victim. The offender made off with cash and the victims mobile phone.

The victim received cuts and bruising to his face, and attended Milton Keynes General Hospital for treatment.

The offender is white, around 6ft tall and of medium build. He was clean shaven, wearing a navy blue dark coat with a hood, dark coloured trousers and wore a black cap under his hood.

Investigating officer, detective constable Susan Russell said; “We believe the offender may have been in the area about an hour before the attack, so we would ask anyone who has seen anything suspicious to please come forward”.
