Milton Keynes adoption agencey is '˜outstanding' says Ofsted

Adoption Plus offers an adoption placement service and specialist therapy services which are tailored to the individual needs of the children and families.

Director of services Joanne Alper, said: “Adoption is something that is intensely emotional and personal to everyone involved and people want to know that the agency that they sign up with will treat them with the individual care they need, both while they become a family, and for the years ahead.”

Ofsted reported that work within the agency was exceptionally skilfully undertaken by a highly motivated staff team, and that children placed with Adoption Plus families progress exceptionally well.

Families informed the inspector that they felt highly valued and welcomed by the agency.

Adoptionplus has been keen to share the specialist high level skills it has developed over the years and many of its staff members have had books published for children, parents and professionals.
