Milton Keynes birthday celebrations are taking shape
It is co-ordinating a schedule of headline events, tours and trails, arts and heritage activity and community events to celebrate the past, present and future of the place we call home.
Early next year a souvenir guide will be delivered to every home in MK giving information about the year ahead and the highlights to look out for.

“Events are being planned that will tell the story of the city over the last 50 years, but will also look to the city’s future, with something for everyone.”
Events already set to figure include a major exhibition in Middleton Hall, telling the story of how MK turned from farm lands and villages into a bustling city of nearly 270,000 people.
Grants that celebrate events in our parks are also available.
