Milton Keynes celebrates #LoveMK day

Today is #LoveMK day - a chance to promote our city to the rest of the world - so show your support by using the hashtag in all your tweets to get in trending!

Destination Milton Keynes (DMK), the official tourism organisation for MK, organised today to promote Milton Keynes as a leisure and business destination.

The visitor economy is worth over £200 million to the area and by encouraging the community to get involved in promoting their city, DMK claims it could increase the wider benefits even further.

To get involved, just use #LoveMK on all your tweets to get it trending in the UK, as it did three times on the same day last year.
