Milton Keynes firefighter call-outs on Monday: A collision, a stove fire and a bird in a bit of a flap!
Firefighters were called to the aid of a bird which ended up in a bit of a flap last night.
A crew from Bletchley was called to rescue the bird which was stuck in a drainpipe, on Downing Close in the town, shortly after 6.30pm.

Hide AdAn hour earlier, Bletchley firefighters joined with a crew from Great Holm to deal with a fire on a hob at a flat in Shenley Road, Bletchley.
Firefighters used one hose reel, two sets of breathing apparatus and a fan.
Yesterday (Monday) morning, a Newport pagnell crew assisted following a collision involving a car and a lorry, M1 southbound, Newport Pagnell Service Area.
An appliance and crew from Newport Pagnell attended. No-one was trapped or injured.
