Nearly 3000 people who attended Saturday's Electric Daisy Carnival at the Milton Keynes Bowl camped at the pop-up campsite, City Camping.

And many of those dance fans chose not to take their camping equipment with them when they left - but rather than send the items off as rubbish, City Camping has now donated all useable equipment left behind to charity.

Help Our Homeless MK will benefit from the goods.

“Our team undertake a major clean-up operation following every camping event, as you can imagine,” said City Camping’s Andy Keech, who runs the business with Peter Kingham. “There’s always unwanted stuff left on the site and it’s our pleasure to donate unwanted tents to this worthy charity on behalf of our campers.”
