Beaverbrooks in Milton Keynes is on the hunt for couples celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary in 2021.

Diamond jewelry to the value of £1,000 is on offer for the couple who can best explain the secrets to a long-lasting marriage.

The jewellers in Midsummer Arcade want to shine a spotlight on couples with the most heartwarming stories and best nuggets of advice.

The winning pair will also be invited to become the face of the brand – with their story featuring on the company website.

Justin Ward, regional manager at Beaverbrooks Milton Keynes, said: “It’s no secret that diamonds are one of our favourite stones at Beaverbrooks – we love the sheer beauty and uniqueness of every stone, much like a couple! What better way to celebrate than by shining a spotlight on couples celebrating their diamond anniversary this year?

Couples can nominate themselves or be put forward by friends or family to enter the competition here. To enter the competition all that's needed is a photo and 100 words explaining their secrets to a long and happy marriage.

Suggestions can be as simple as making time for each other, enjoying shared interests or even just bringing your partner a cup of tea every morning.
