Milton Keynes man is innocent of rape after charge against him is dropped
A Fishermead man arrested for raping a 15-year-old girl on a city footpath has had the charge against him dropped.
Andrew Bland, 26, was arrested for the alleged offence in July and was remanded in custody for almost six weeks.
The case was dropped before trial at Aylesbury Crown Court.
