This is the perfect chance for railway modellers to look around the society’s facilities with a view to becoming a member.

Five of the club’s layouts will be in operation, with all the major modelling scales on display and members will be on hand to talk about the hobby, answer any questions and discuss the benefits of membership.

“We know railway modelling is a popular hobby as we welcome around 3,000 visitors each year to our annual February exhibition. This is your chance to see behind the scenery. We are a friendly group and always welcome new members so please come along for a look round and to think about joining us,” said MKMRS Secretary Ian Bartlett.

Admission and parking is free, and the kettle will be on, promise organisers.

The Club operates from 1 North House, Bond Estate, Bond Avenue, Bletchley (MK1 1SW) and will welcome you between 11am and 4pm.

The venue is also accessible by Arriva bus 5, alighting at Bond Avenue/Mount Farm.

MKMRS has been operating in Milton Keynes since 1969, Annual membership costs £132 and the club meets regularly on Tuesday and Friday nights each week, with members also having access at other times.
