Milton Keynes MP in lockdown after attack outside Parliament
Milton Keynes MP Iain Stewart has confirmed he is safe and currenly under lockdown in Parliament.
This comes after reports of an incident near the Houses of Parliament, where a police officer is believed to have been stabbed.
There are also reports of a car ‘mowing’ down around a dozen pedestrians on Westminster Bridge.
Iain Stewart tweeted: “Thank you to everyone who has asked about my safety during the security incident in Parliament. I am safe. currently in lockdown in chamber.”
