Mark met with founder Datis Gol at the solar-powered microbrewery, which is pioneering a Zero-Waste drinks solution called Growler Swap.

"We are trying to bring about an important change in the norms and habits of everyday people by encouraging them to rely on reuse schemes such as Growler Swap, which is not a refill system, but a Swap scheme that ensures customers receive a better-quality and fresher beverage," Datis said.

Mark added: “The indiscriminate use of plastic bottles is a subject very much on everyone’s agenda and one which is having a serious impact on the environment.

"I commend any business that influences change. Having met with Datis, I would suggest attending a tasting session to learn more about his inspirational vision.”
