Milton Keynes recruitment agency to supply locum doctors and nurses to the NHS

Milton Keynes-based medical recruitment agency Locum People has won its first Framework award to supply locum doctors and nurses to the NHS.

The agency will supply locum doctors and nurses to the National Clinical Staffing Framework, which authorises supply of temporary, permanent and fixed term clinical staff to the NHS.

The company successfully underwent an independent audit of services and criteria for providing qualified clinical staff who can give high quality patient care at rates within the pay caps set by the government.

“We are absolutely delighted,” said Locum People managing director Glenn Cook, “This is our first Framework win, and it’s testimony to our ability to meet the exacting standards now demanded by the NHS.”

For the past four years, Locum People has helped NHS staffing officers fill temporary medical roles when other Framework agencies were unable to supply.

Locum People has established a reputation as a reliable agency with a growing list of fully qualified doctors and nurses on its candidates roster.
