Liam Morgan, a sports writer who works at based in Bletchley, was in London for a boxing conference.

He said: “I went to an event with the British Lion Hearts boxing team, which finished around 2.30pm.
“As it was finishing and I began to leave, I saw police everywhere and heard gun shots, it was surreal.
“I was ushered to get back in the building and people were shouting, I don’t think I appreciated the seriousness of what happened.

“I was in lockdown for almost five hours in an office with seven other people - it was incredibly tense.”

Liam was alongside Sebastian Coe and other World Series of Boxing teams also caught up in the attack.

Liam escaped unscathed, however a police officer sadly lost his life after being stabbed by the assailant.
