Milton Keynes Riflemen join Malawi deployment
Riflemen from Milton Keynes are to join a task group of Regular and Reservist soldiers from the 3rd and 7th Battalions of the Rifles, and shortly deploy to Malawi where they will train elements of the Malawian Defence Force.
In addition to their military knowledge and operational experiences in Afghanistan particularly, the Reservist portion of the team also bring a range of additional capabilities from their civilian workplace, including building, engineering, surveying, consultancy and project management experience to that of medicine, policing and personal training.
