Modernising homes is proving a real asset
The former JB Autoparts car parts and accessories store, and above premises have been gutted and given a major spruce up.
The building had been standing empty when Pure Asset Group set their sights on it and made good on their promise of providing new homes to rent in the new city.

“The results speak for themselves and we are extremely proud of what we have managed to achieve with this unique project,” said Dean Barton, director of Pure Asset Group.
“Our wish was to create a safe haven and a terrific home environment for young families.
“We also set out to prove the benefits to local communities of transforming badly run-down commercial buildings and creating comfortable new homes,” he said.
“We plan to repeat the development process to ease the housing burden in the area.
“This means much more to us than just bricks and mortar.”
