The building had been standing empty when Pure Asset Group set their sights on it and made good on their promise of providing new homes to rent in the new city.

“Our wish was to create a safe haven and a terrific home environment for young families.

“We also set out to prove the benefits to local communities of transforming badly run-down commercial buildings and creating comfortable new homes,” he said.

“We plan to repeat the development process to ease the housing burden in the area.

“This means much more to us than just bricks and mortar.”

All three of the properties have now been let, giving three families a brilliant base .

Pure Asset have several similar projects planned before the end of year, blending historic buildings and new builds ‘to enhance the local urban revival.’
