A 73-YEAR-OLD woman had money and jewellery stolen from her home on Monday during a burglary at her Beanhill home (1/8).

Between 11.30am and 2pm the offenders broke into her house on Tandra and stole the money along with three ladies’ wrist watches, a gold locket on a chain which contained a foot print prayer and a bracelet with several charms on including a goblet.

The victim lost her husband very recently and the money which was stolen was money they had saved to pay for their funerals.

A silver panel van was seen parked outside the house.

Det Con Reg Jones from Milton Keynes police station said: “This area is normally busy with activities at that time of the day.

“It is very likely that someone saw the suspects and I would like to hear from anyone with information that can help us with our enquiries.”
