A motorcyclist was assaulted after being followed by a car through the city.

The 24-year-old was riding between Saxon Street and Secklow Gate in Portway on Friday when the dark-coloured car drove towards him.

The driver got out of the car and pushed the motorcyclist at around 1pm on Friday, March 4, police said.

He is white, in his fifties, about 5ft 8ins and bald. He was wearing a black jumper and jeans. He was driving a car which had a number plate starting KS64.

The victim was left with bruises but did not require hospital treatment.

PC Edmund Blackburn of the core reactive team based at Milton Keynes, said: “Several members of public stopped at the scene where it is alleged the offender verbally abused them.

“I would appeal to any witnesses who haven’t already spoken to the police to please make contact with us. The easiest way to do this is by visiting your nearest police station or by calling 101.

“If you didn’t witness the incident but have any other information relevant to the investigation, perhaps you recognise the description of the offender or the car involved, which had a number plate starting KS64, please also contact police.”
