MP Mark Lancaster has visited the Concrete Cow Brewery following its recent success at the Beer Festival at the Buszy.
Established in August 2007 the brewery is run by Dan Bonner, who single handedly brews the nine different kind of beers. The Concrete Cow Brewery was recently awarded second prize at the MK Beer Festival which saw different micro-breweries from across the area come together to sell their brews.
Mark, who is a keen supporter of the brewing industry, was delighted to visit the micro brewery to hear how it was established and how it has gone from strength to strength.
Mark said: “It is great to see small businesses thriving here in Milton Keynes and the Concrete Cow Brewery is a shining example. It was fascinating to see the process which is gone through in order to make the award winning brew and I hope many people will sample it when they see it on sale in our local pubs.”
