A post-mortem will be carried out on murdered hairdresser Ashley Gillard later today.
It will reveal how the 31-year-old was killed after he was found dead in a fourth-floor flat in Trevithick Court, Wolverton on Monday night.
Detectives investigating the murder have revealed the victim knew his killer.

Police remain at the scene today to continue conducting house-to-house enquiries in the area.
Supt Gez Chiariello said: “Incidents such as these understandably have a large impact upon the local community.
“I would like to reassure residents that officers are continuing to investigate and that high visibility patrols will remain in the area to provide reassurance.
“If anyone has any concerns please feel free to approach an officer or call 101 to speak to a member of the Neighbourhood Team.”
