The 23-year-old was spotted alongside Bristol City’s Luke Ayling and Northampton Town’s James Collins relieving himself before leaving the glass on the balcony in the VIP section.

Cheltenham Racecourse confirmed the group would be banned from today’s races, and while Gloucestershire Police described the action as ‘disgusting’, no further action is likely to be taken.

“No police action is being taken. We have not received any complaints relating to this incident and believe the action taken by the racecourse is appropriate and justifiable.”
