Nursery in Milton Keynes celebrates an outstanding Ofsted

The inspector’s report acknowledged the high standards evident at the nursery, which drives leaders and managers to continually assess, review and enhance the quality of care and education provided.

It also praises the willingness of staff to embrace new ideas and recognises how the children are helped to immerse themselves in exciting activities that challenge their learning.

The inspector described how staff were seen to be highly responsive to the needs of babies and very young children, intuitively offering reassurance and extra support and providing stimulating resources for them to explore.

Senior nursery manager Louise Higgins said: “We’re all absolutely delighted with this new report from Ofsted. Our aim at all times is to provide the highest standard of care to give the children who come here the very best start in life, so to have achieved an Outstanding Ofsted rating is brilliant.

“I’m very proud of the team here, and they should be extremely proud of themselves too. They all do a fantastic job and without them the nursery would not be able to provide such a wonderful offering for the children and their parents.”
