A city housing development has been awarded ‘best house design’ at The Sunday Times British Home Awards.
Crest Nicholson’s Oakgrove Village was recognised at the national awards ceremony in central London.
The prestigious awards aim to recognise a variety of housing schemes and architectural projects across the country, and are designed to celebrate creativity and exceptional practice in craftsmanship.
Susan Young, Sales and Marketing director at Crest Nicholson, said: “We are delighted by the news that Oakgrove Village has been named ‘Best House Design’ at The Sunday Times British Homes awards. As with all of our housing developments, Oakgrove Village has been developed to offer a high quality finish and a designer touch. This is a fantastic achievement for the entire Oakgrove Village team.
“We’ve seen a phenomenal amount of interest in Oakgrove Village, with the demand far outstripping the regional norm, which is a testament to the quality of this outstanding development.”
The ‘Best House Design’ award focused on homes that championed best practice in design and specification.
Oakgrove Village, a regeneration scheme on Ginsberg Crescent, is a collection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom family homes, as well as 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
