Party to help Milton Keynes mum buy prosthetic arms and legs

Kim Smith, who lives in Bletchley, has already raised enough to buy one state-of-the-art hand, but needs to generate thousands of pounds more.

The Slug and Lettuce has organised live DJs and a magician and illusionist for a fun-filled night on November 3.

The DJs are Andy Dene, Collin Watts and Mark Tattingham. Magician Don Neufville will provide added entertainment, as will a live singer.

"It's a good cause and a great night out," said organiser Carol Osborne.
