414 new Covid cases and 11 more deaths recorded today in Milton Keynes

Eleven more Covid-linked deaths have been recorded in the past 24 hours in MK.

At the same time another 414 people have tested positive for the virus, bringing the total to 9,855 since the start of the pandemic.

Yesterday there were 446 new cases in MK. During the seven days up until December 25, MK has seen 2,104 new cases, which equates to 780.8 per 100,000 people.

Nationally there were 50,023 positive tests over the past 24 hours and 981 deaths. The nation's total death toll now stands at 72,548.
