Another said: "It’s not a road, it’s an obstacle course!"
He added: "Residents and the Parish Council have been trying for years to get Transport for Bucks to totally resurface this road, which has now become so bad that cyclists have taken to using the footpaths rather than risk being dismounted on the pot holes along this stretch of road. Newton Longville's roads are the responsibility of Bucks County Council's Transport for Bucks.
Their pothole reporting website, in response to one of the complaints about this road, states: "This has been added to our programme of works. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale for this work to be carried out. We work on a priority based risk matrix in line with our Highway Inspection Policy and therefore programme times can change due to priority based working."

The Citizen has asked Bucks County Council for a comment. We are awaiting a reply.
