A man from Bletchley has been praised for helping others with his at home workouts to keep people active during lockdown.

Brandon Tembo started doing workouts on Zoom with his friends when the gyms closed as the country went into lockdown.

Tyler Muyobo takes part in the workouts and has praised Brandon for helping people to keep active.

He said: "Brandon has been working throughout Covid 19, while hosting high intensity workouts via zoom at 6:30pm everyday via zoom for free!

"Keeping the community active and providing structure for day and something positive to look forward to.

"I feel people like him should be celebrated In the local community.

"I myself can tell you that these workouts have been amazing for my personal health and mental health."

Brandon is now asking people to donate through paypal and he will donate the money raised to charity.

He said: "I just started doing the work outs with a couple of friends when the country went into lockdown and the gyms closed.

"We invited a few more and it went from there, there's 29 in the group now, it's called 'I'm not a PT' because I have no experience, it's just something fun and to keep people active.

"I'm asking people to make donations through paypal, which I will donate to a local charity or good cause.

"I've had a few people tell me that it has really helped them with their days and their mental health, it just gives them something to do and keep busy.

"A lot of people have been furloughed from their jobs and don't have anything to do, they say the workouts have really helped them."
