Covid cases drop to just 13 in Milton Keynes - and the run of no deaths continues

The number of Covid patients in MK hospital has now fallen to 45 and one of these is on a ventilator.

Milton Keynes seven-day case rate is 50.8 cases per 100,000 people today. For well over a week now, MK's case rate has been below the national average, which currently stands at 55.4 cases per 100,000 people.

Nationally there were 4,052 new cases confirmed today and 43 deaths were recorded. Some 30,905,538 people have now received their first dose of Covid vaccine and 4,108,536 the second dose.
