Covid cases in Milton Keynes drop to lowest number since last summer

There have been no virus-linked deaths reported locally, and just 12 Covid patients are currently in Milton Keynes hospital. None of them is requiring ventilation.
Nationally, 2,524 people have tested positive over the past 24 hours and there have been 33 Covid-linked deaths within 28 days of a positive test.
Throughout the UK, 33,032,120 people have now received the first dose of Covid vaccine and 10,425,790 of these have also had the second dose.
