Developer plans 73 new homes for green space on Milton Keynes estate

A company is inviting people to have their say on proposals for a new housing development on a city estate.

Taylor Wimpey plans to build 73 new homes on land to the south of Daubeney Gate at Shenley Church End.

The site was owned by Milton Keynes Development Partnership, the commercial arm of MK Council. It is bordered by Portway to the west and Vache Lane to the east.

four and five-bedroom designs. Parking, including visitor spaces, plus areas of open space, are also included

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Taylor Wimpey will be holding a public consultation for the online, between Monday November 2 and Sunday November 15.

Visitors to the website will be able to view the plans and provide their feedback, before a full planning application is submitted to Milton Keynes Council.

developer, we want to give people the chance to have their say on development plans for their area. Anyone who visits our consultation website will be able find out more about our proposals and provide their feedback to help us develop and refine the emerging scheme.”

The consultation website will be live from November 2.
