Drive-in cinema brings festive films for all the family to Central Milton Keynes

Tickets will go on sale tomorrow for 'Festive Flix', a drive-in cinema that is coming to CMK.

The Covid-safe cinema was a huge success with its 'Spooky Screenings' sessions over half term and Halloween in MK.

Now, by public demand, it is back with a Christmas theme, showing films including Elf, The Santa Clause, The Grinch, Frozen and Frozen 2, The Muppets Christmas Carol, Die Hard and Love Actually.

There will be 20 screenings in all, shown between Friday December 18 and Wednesday December 23, say organisers MyMiltonKeynes and MK Council.

The cost is just £5 per car plus a small booking fee and tickets go on sale at 12 noon tomorrow, Tuesday December 1 and as before, tickets cost just £5. All the money from ticket sales will be donated to MK FoodBank.

There will be a maximum of six people per car and anyone attending is being asked to make a voluntary donation of an item of food for the foodbank to help their vital supplies across the festive season. This will be collected upon arrival.
