Schools 'thrilled' at tie-up with top sports figure

Former Northampton Saints and England rugby star Dylan Hartley is to mentor young sportsmen and women at three local schools.

The 35-year-old, who played in the hooker position, will be working with Swanbourne House, Stowe and Winchester House schools in The Stowe Group’s new wellbeing centre in the Queen’s Temple at Stowe.

Jane Thorpe, head at Swanbourne House, said “We’re absolutely thrilled that Dylan will be working with The Stowe Group.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for our pupils to receive mentoring and inspiration from an incredibly experienced and distinguished professional sportsman.”
