Open mornings are taking place at Howe Park Wood, run by The Parks Trust, between 9.30am and 12.30pm from Tuesday 29th through to Thursday 31st October.

Among the activities on offer are learning about the different types of webs spiders weave, advice on how to help hedgehogs during autumn and fun facts about fungi.

There is also a trail around the wood.

Nature-themed craft sessions are scheduled on the same dates.

Tickets for these cost £1.50 and can be booked through The Parks Trust’s events page.
