Ben said: "We're hoping that as many people as possible will be able to join in with a carol from their own door step, but if not - spot the nearest stop to your place and come and join us."

He added: "Please do remember the rule of six is in place so do keep a good amount of distance between you and any other households, especially as singing is involved."

The caring vicar has even published the words to all the carols on the St Jospeh's website here so people can join in.

St Jospeh's advertises itself for a church "for those who don't do church".

Ben describes it as "an extended family of sorts - in and out of each others homes, eating together, with each other through life's ups and downs."
