Former Milton Keynes police officer accused of 'acting inappropriately' with younger female colleagues

A misconduct hearing is this week underway into allegations that a former police acted inappropriately with four female colleagues.

PC Alan Nisbet allegedly treated the younger women with "a lack of respect and courtesy" according to the hearing.

The incidents are said to have taken place between 2008 and 2019, before PC Nisbet retired from the force on November 2 2019.

He was based at Milton Keynes Police Station where it is alleged he breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour in relation to authority, respect, courtesy and discreditable Conduct.

The hearing started yesterday (Wednesday) and is expected to continue until Friday.

Due to social distancing regulations, it is being conducted by video conferencing.

The legally qualified chairperson is Ms Chiew Yin Jones.
