It seems the people of MK are lifting lockdown blues with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts.

Thousands of people searched for details of the sweet treat and how they could order it.

The company, which has a stall at Central Milton Keynes is offering a 'Click and Serve' service during lockdown as well as home deliveries through Deliveroo, Just Eat or Uber Eats apps or websites.

"When you need doughnuts today (and who can blame you), we've got you covered," says their website.

But it adds: "Please do not make a journey that you otherwise would not have made for our doughnuts to help adhere to government advice and legislation."
