There have been 31 new positive tests over the past 24 hours, making a total of 1,461 cases since the start of the pandemic.
National figures also soared today, with 19,726 fresh cases breaking out throughout the UK.
There have been 137 deaths over the past 24 hours and 680 people admitted to hospital.
Currently there are 4,650 Covid patients in hospital throughout the UK, with 680 of them in ventilator beds.
