Milton Keynes chippy cooks up Easter treat with Cadbury's Creme Eggs in batter and hot cross bun chip butties

Moores fish and chips on Monkston Park is serving Cadbury s Creme Eggs deep fried in crispy batter, alongside hot cross buns filled with chips.

The deep fried creme eggs have already been hailed as delicious on social media.

One taster said: "They're surprisingly tasty, not too much batter and cooked so the chocolate is just going soft."

The popular family-run chippy, which also has deep fried Mars Bars on the menu, is charging £1.50 for the eggs.

Its hot cross bun chip butty is selling for £2.50.
