Milton Keynes firefighters help rescue horse from swimming pool in nearby village
Firefighters from Newport Pagnell were part of a team of rescuers that managed to lift a horse out of a swimming pool.

Crews from Newport Pagnell, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard and Kidlington managed to rescue the horse who was trapped in a pool in Liscombe Park in Soulbury.
To remove the horse from the pool safely the firefighters used a telehandler, a portable pump and other equipment that specialises in lifting large animals.
Thankfully a spokesman for Bucks Fire and Rescue Service reported that the horse was rescued from the pool uninjured.
