Parents rated Adorable Nurseries Ltd, in Stony Stratford, as one of the top 20 nurseries out of 2,014 in the south east region.

The top twenty nurseries received an award from the reviews site, daynurseries.co.uk.

The award is based on the nursery’s reviews from children's families and carers, and it also looked at categories such as overall standard, facilities and outside space, learning, resources and equipment, ICT, care, activities, staff, food and nutrition, management, cleanliness, safeguarding, and value for money.

Sue Casebrook, nursery manager at Adorable Nurseries Ltd, said: "To be recognised as a top 20 nursery is a wonderful achievement for a small independent nursery based in the historic market town of Stony Stratford.

"It’s a firm acknowledgement of the hard work and commitment of all our staff towards the care and education of the children and it demonstrates the strong relationships we have forged with families."

Sue said the nursery has been inundated with congratulatory messages from parents.

She said the messages included one parent saying 'fantastic news, congratulations, well deserved', another said 'it is a testament to all the hard work and care', and one parent wrote 'thoroughly deserved by you all'.

Sue said: "Having been a tough year with Covid-19, not only will we be celebrating this award but also our fifth anniversary when we are safely able to do so.”
