Milton Keynes Theatre offers top West End musical for £4.25 per family this Christmas

The theatre has currently suspended all live shows until January 17 due to the Covid pandemic.
But is is hoping to save Christmas by offering the UK’s number one rock and roll variety show That'll Be The Day for people to stream for themselves..

Hide AdSupported with funding from Arts Council England, the show has partnered with Milton Keynes Theatre to deliver the brand new pre-recorded Christmas Special show online directly into people’s homes.
The 'ticket price' of £4.25 per stream will go towards going to help support MK Theatre through these challenging times. Showtimes will be Tuesday December 8 and Saturday 12 December, and only one ticket is needed per household.
The show will include the best pop Christmas classics and traditional Christmas songs along with hilarious comedy routines. Producer and director Trevor Payne and some of the cast will be live online during the pre-show, interval and after-show to answer questions, chat and share a virtual sherry and mince pie.

He added: " We are asking fans to dress as if they're going to the theatre and make an evening of it to help everyone get in the festive mood. We are hoping to bring a little bit of Christmas magic to them, in the only way that we can, for now.
