Milton Keynes Theatre WILL stage a Christmas pantomime this year

Sleeping Beauty is billed as 'the pantomime of your dreams' and will have star casting. However, audiences will be strictly socially distanced and there will be a host of safety measures in place.

The panto will run from Saturday 19 December until Sunday January 10.

A spokesman for the Theatre announced on social media: "We are overjoyed to announce a brand-new, socially-distanced Christmas pantomime production of Sleeping Beauty.

"This will be our first live show in nine months thanks to National Lottery funding and we cannot wait to safely fling open our doors for festive fun. With star casting and show-stopping songs, Sleeping Beauty will be the perfect 2020 Christmas celebration - and we’d love for you to join us."

The theatre says details of ticket sales will be announced soon.
