Milton Keynes theme park opens thrilling new ride for kids
A new mini rollercoaster called The Wriggler has opened up at Gulliver’s Land to entertain youngsters.
The family-friendly ride is packed with twists and turns and is based on a fun-loving caterpillar, wriggling its way along a track with enough speed to thrill both the young and young-at-heart.
The Wriggler allows guests taller than 120cm to ride alone, and those between 90cm and 120cm able to ride alongside an adult.
Sue Conway, resort director at Gulliver’s Land, said: “It’s always an exciting time when we have a new ride for visitors to enjoy, and The Wriggler is certainly one of the coolest rides!
"It was introduced at our sister park, Gulliver’s Valley in Yorkshire, three years ago and has been a huge hit with everyone. We are sure it will prove as popular at Gulliver’s Land this Easter – and far into the future.”
The Wriggler is a fantastic addition to the park during its annual Spring Spectacular showcase, which ends on April 12.
Prices start from £24 per person per day - and you can save money if you book in advance online.
The Milton Keynes resort has more than 50 rides, attractions, shows and activities to entertain all the family, including the Jungle River Ride, Dragon Siege 360-degree pendulum, and the Grand Prix Racers rollercoaster.
If you want to extend your stay, the resort offers a wide range of accommodation options, including Princess Suites, Dinosaur and Unicorn themed lodges, Western Lodges and Woodland Lodges.
