Nanny Bett has been working tirelessly to help keep the staff and clients at Milton Keynes Veterinary Group safe by making essential face masks, which are now a requirement for many jobs due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

An MK Vet Group spokesperson said: "We would like to thank Nanny Bett for her kindness in devoting her time to a great cause and congratulate her for raising an astonishing £1,000 for our local Milton Keynes cat charity, MK Cat Rescue, with the sale of her masks at Milton Keynes Veterinary Group."

MK Cat Rescue was launched in 2015 and is dedicated to giving stray and unwanted cats a second chance in life.

As of May 2020, the charity has rehomed nearly 600 cats and kittens, and this money raised will help them continue to do this great work for our feline companions.
