Government figures show 91 positive tests were recorded in the city on Saturday and 73 yesterday (Sunday).
The deaths of two more patients brings the total Covid-linked fatalities at Milton Keynes to 26 since the start of November and 130 since the beginning of the pandemic.
Since the government began recording Covid stats in March, there have been 3,343 positive tests in MK.
