Baby Bounce classes are designed for mums to strapped their babies too them in a sling or carrier and bop along to their all time favourite pop songs.

And anything sounding like a nursery rhyme is strictly banned, said organiser Kerry, who lives in Milton Keynes.

"Think Boy Bands to Beyoncé, Spice Girls to Strictly and Hip Hop to High School Musical," she said. "We're all about focusing on mums' mental and physical well-being during the rather daunting days, weeks and months after a baby arrives."

The exercise will help mums get back into shape and keep the babies entertained at the same time. Making new friends and having a giggle is guaranteed, said Kerry.

Baby Bounce classes are held on Wednesdays at Newton Leys Pavilion between 11am and 12pm and on Thursdays at Lace Hill Centre in Buckingham between 1.30pm and 2.30pm.
