Police say the sightings are "from various areas across the UK" and they are investigating each one.

But sadly so far none of them have led to finding Leah.

The home-loving, then 19-year-old vanished on February 15 last year while she was walking through the Furzton area of Milton Keynes on her way to work.

Despite extensive searches, media appeals from Leah's distraught family, and a reward that was recently upped to £10,000, there has never been a single lead about what happened to her.

On the year anniversary of her disappearance, a fresh appeal was made and Leah's family gave interviews to national media.

Police have now confirmed this led to 20 people calling in with new information and sightings.

A spokesman said: "All are being assessed and investigated accordingly but at this time none of them are a confirmed sighting of Leah or confirmed report of her location."

Meanwhile Leah's older sister Jade said: "Sadly we still have no news on Leah's whereabouts. We still know nothing more.

"Leah has not been found, none of her belongings have been found, her bank account has not been touched and her phone has never been switched back on."

"What hasn’t changed though is our determination to get answers."

If you know anything at all about Leah, call police on 101 or, if you do not wish to give your name, call Crimestoppers in confidence on 0800 555 111.
