Police search for missing Mary, 68, enters its fifth day in Milton Keynes

A 68-year-old woman is still missing five days after disappearing from her Milton Keynes home on Valentine's Day.

Mary Frankham was last seen CCTV at Calverton Road car park in Stony Stratford at 6.45am on Friday

Her car was later found abandoned in Calverton Road, prompting police to say they are "very concerned" for her welfare.

Police and other emergency workers have carried out searches of the area, including water searches of the river that runs through the town.

Mary is known to many people of Stony Stratford and police are urging people to call them if they have seen or spoken to her since early Friday morning.

"We are making every effort to find Mary and if anyone has information about her whereabouts we would ask them to get in touch with us," said a police spokesman today.

Mary is described as,around 5ft 5ins tall and petite. She has red hair.
