Powercut in Milton Keynes
There has been a power outage in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas this morning (Friday, October 9).
Western Power Distribution (WPD), which manages the electricity in the area, reported the incident on Twitter at 10.50am.
A WPD spokesperson said: "There is currently a powercut in MK13, Milton Keynes, and surrouding areas. We are working on the issue and we estimate to have the power restored by 12pm."
At 11.50am, the company tweeted saying: "All supplies to MiltonKeynes, MK13, have now been restored. Apologies to all customers affected by the powercut."
